Tamu and Levoncia; Levon and Vlad and Danielson and Michael, all made it to the winner Circle in the just concluded Valentines Party-Mix Tournament.

Players, Parents and coaches were thoroughly entertained by the shots, thrills and resilience on display by the 12s, and 16s boys and girls at the inaugural Valentines Part-Mix Tournament held over the period 24-17 Feb 2021.

In the girl’s category we had Rachel and Bebe coming up against Tamu and the Levoncia. This match was really exciting and filled with spectacular play by the girls who displayed true heart. In the end it was Tamu and Levoncia lifting the Crown as they Valentine’s party mix girls team champion. Kudos to all the girl participants in the tournament and their efforts will fuel yield dividends in improved performances in more tournaments to come. Congratulations to all the winners.

In the boys 12s we unfortunately had a forfeit in this category as one of the players did not show so that match did not play. Thus the team of Levon and Vlad would emerge the boys 12 Valentine’s party mix champions.

In the 16s we had the match of the night being Kevon and Kriss Lanns coming up against Danielson and Michael. From the get-go it was shot for shot, rally for rally as the teams seem to be equally matched. Great service by all players as each one brought their A-game . The players displayed great strength, skill and tenacity and were tied at 8 all late in the third set. However, a slight error give Danielson and Michael the edge who took advantage and closed out the third set 12/8 and thus ceiling their place on the stage atop as the Valentine’s party mix boys 16s champion.
